Ordering & Payment Options
How to order:
We accept payments by credit card, PayPal, direct funds transfer or by cheque/money order.
You are welcome to order through our online shop, or schools and organisations can email a purchase order.
For Schools, Educational Institutions & Organisations:
Orders for schools and organisations can be dispatched on 30 day payment terms upon receipt of an official purchase order form or purchase order number.
Purchase orders can be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please email or phone us if you have any queries or need more information.
We accept payments by credit card (MasterCard & Visa Card only), PayPal, direct funds transfer or by cheque/money order.
For security reasons, new customers may be required to verify their order by SMS or email.
Postage Costs: Please select your preferred postage option from the drop down list at Checkout. Postage costs will be displayed in your shopping cart and on checkout.
Postage options are:
- FREE DELIVERY – on some compasses and on orders over $250.00 (standard delivery only within Australia)
- Map only postage (for single or multiple maps – standard delivery)
- Standard parcel post
- Express Post
Postage options and costs are displayed in the shopping cart.
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days by Australia Post for products that are in stock*.
*Windchill Map boards are manufactured upon receipt of orders, and may take up to 5 business days to be manufactured.
Delays after lodgement with Australia Post are outside our control – if you wish to lodge a complaint due to delayed delivery by Australia Post, please let us know.
MAP ONLY order option: For customers only ordering maps you can select the “Map Only” postage rate at checkout time. Map-only orders will be sent via regular mail.

Orders for delivery to New Zealand can be placed via our online shop. If you wish to order products for delivery to another country, please contact us.
Our orders are packed with care to ensure orders arrive in excellent condition. If you have any issue with the state you receive your products in, please let us know.
All orders will be dispatched once payment is cleared or an official purchase order is received, pending product availability.
Standard delivery may take up to 2 weeks depending on the delivery location.
Express Post parcels should be delivered within 1-3 business days to destinations within the next business day delivery network, depending on the time your order is received. Delivery to destinations outside the Australia Post next business day delivery network may take several days longer.
